eStar’s Kate Clay Awarded HR Professional of the Year at International Brilliance Awards

Kate Clay, HR Director at eStar, the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van franchise partner in the North West and North Wales, has been awarded HR Professional of the Year at the International Brilliance Awards, held on 25th January in London.

The 2024 International Brilliance Awards celebrate brilliance in Internal Communications, HR, Marketing & PR, and Business. The Awards are judged by a panel of founders, CEOs, Directors, Executive Coaches, and Consultants, with finalists from across the globe representing remarkable individuals and organisations that have demonstrated exceptional dedication, innovation, and success in their respective fields, setting new standards for excellence and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

The HR group of awards celebrates the outstanding contribution that innovatively designed and superbly executed HR strategies make to business performance. One of the judges from the international panel of experts in their field, said; “This award was given to Kate for her hugely successful strategy centred around transformational change and giving a voice to the employees”.

Kate Clay said: “To be recognised internationally for the work that has gone into eStar is a huge privilege and I am honoured to accept such an award. I am proud to also be representing female directors in the motor industry, and I hope that other women are inspired to be recognised for the work they do.”
