eStar welcomes Graham Adams as Head of Group Parts Operations

eStar, the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van franchise partner in the North West and North Wales, has welcomed Graham Adams as its new Head of Group Parts Operations.

Graham joins eStar with a wealth of Mercedes Benz knowledge, further boosting eStar’s Senior Leadership Team. He started his career as a Parts Apprentice and has since gained 20+ years’ worth of experience. He has progressed through a variety of roles including Sales and a wide range of Service and Parts management experience. Most recently Graham was the Market Area Parts Manager at LSH Mercedes-Benz.

In his new role Graham will be responsible for leading operational strategies and identifying new business opportunities to drive the business forward.

Speaking about his appointment Graham said: “I am excited to bring my experience and past achievements to eStar. I look forward to building strong, lasting relations with both colleagues and customers, leading the Parts side of the business to continued growth, and keeping our customers and their businesses moving.”
