Business Development Executive
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To efficiently support the function of Business Development, to grow Aftersales revenues, both in labour and parts sales, across all eStar locations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Increase the number of clients visiting all eStar locations
· Increase number of clients purchasing parts online and through offline channels
· Increase revenues with existing customer base.
· Ensure all opportunities for eStar to sell service care / Repair and Maintenance and / or associated products are maximised and reported on monthly in line with sales registrations, both on new and used products.
· Create a strategic plan to prospect and engage with clients to gain additional labour and parts sales in line with expected labour rates / parts discounts
· Prospecting for New Business. Cold Calling, social media, & Networking
· Revisit lapsed clients who are no longer using eStar
· Use internal Company systems, such as Sales Force, to demonstrate and record customer interactions / spend.
· Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and professionalism.

This is a full-time permanent position, working from our Trafford Park site, covering the surrounding areas
- Your normal working hours will Monday to Friday from 9am - 5:30pm
- This role is eligible for commission and bonus payments
